1) Shipping and Returns
Usually we will send out the goods within 3 days and provide the tracking number. If you need to buy in bulk, please contact our customer service staff by email.
2) When will my order be delivered?
Delivery time depends on your area. Australia, New Zealand, Europe and USA is usually around 10-15 days. Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore delivery time is about 8 days.
3) Do you offer discreet shipping?
Discreet shipping is very important to many of us. Shipping labels will only say ‘crafts toy’ and will not include sensitive words like sex toys, dildos, etc. They are also packaged in a corrugated cardboard box without any pictures or company descriptions. 4) How much is shipping?

5) What is your return policy?
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. This rule applies to all products.
